Mr. Samson is recognized for his founding effort at Advanced Cardiovascular Systems in 1981 in Palo Alto, California. Mr. Samson is directly responsible for many of the advances and successes in the field of coronary angioplasty. He did original work with Dr. Andreas Gruntzig as well as the founder of ACS, Dr. John Simpson. He brings 25 years of diverse experience in medical technology, cardiology, radiology, surgery, pediatrics and blood freezing.
