Mr. Brogna has been with Intuitive Surgical since 1999, and has led the product development activities for the daVinci family of products since 2005. At Intuitive this includes design of both capital equipment as well as the instruments and accessories. Mr. Brogna has a passion for design, technology and entrepreneurship and has been involved with number of start-up in the robotic and technology areas, his most successful have been his involvement with Intuitive Surgical. Prior to joining Intuitive, Mr. Brogna held product design leadership positions at Adept Technology and Unimation. Each of these companies marketed products in the Industrial robotic sector.
