Partha is the Director of Medical Device Investments at RCT, an early-stage venture investment firm. He is responsible for sourcing, diligence, deal structuring and execution, and governance of medtech investments.

Partha completed the Stanford Biodesign Fellowship in 2010, which he joined after over 13 years of industry experience in the medical device and technology sectors. During his tenure at Medtronic as Senior Manager for Strategy & Ventures and Senior Global Product Manager, Partha drove product strategy, planning, development and commercialization efforts for several distinct product lines in the diabetes area. Prior to Medtronic and graduate studies, Partha worked in engineering and consulting roles at several technology companies including IBM, AT&T, Netscape, Scient and Sony.

Partha holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and a MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
