Richard W. Mott has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2002. From January 1998 through March 2002 Mr. Mott held several positions at Wilson Greatbach Technologies, Inc., a developer of components for implantable medical devices, including Chief Operating Officer from December 2000 to March 2002 and Senior Vice President from January 1998 to November 2000. Mr. Mott holds a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University and an Executive M.B.A. from Harvard University.
