Mr. Maroney joined EndoTex in December 1997. From 1996 to 1997, John served as President of EP Technologies, a leading manufacturer of cardiac electrophysiology products and an operating division of Boston Scientific Corporation. In addition to his duties as President, he also served as General Manager of Boston Scientific’s San Jose, Calif. Operations. From 1988 to 1996, John was Vice President of Operations for Cardiovascular Imaging Systems Inc., the world leader in catheter-based intravascular ultrasound. From 1986 to 1988, he served as Manager, Disposable Device R&D for the Critical Care Products Group of Abbott Laboratories. John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
