Ginger Graham , MBA
Guidant CorporationIndianapolis, CA Ms. Graham has responsibility for the activities of Guidant's geographic operations in the U.S., Europe, Japan, Middle East, Africa and Canada. Previously, Ms. Graham served as President, Vascular Intervention, a position she has held since Guidant was formed in 1994. In 1979, Ms. Graham joined Eli Lilly and Company and spent her first five years working in the agricultural chemical division, Elanco. In 1984 she took a two year educational leave and then returned to Lilly as a Long Range Financial Planning Manager. From 1987 - 1993, Ginger served in a variety of management positions including Elizabeth Arden Divestiture Manager, Pharmaceutical Economic Studies Manager, Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Pharmaceutical Sales for the southwest region of the U.S. In 1993, Ginger was named President, Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., which is now part of Guidant's Vascular Intervention group. A native of Springdale, Arkansas, Ginger, received a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.
