Daniel Kraft, MD, received his BA in Biochemistry from
Brown, and his medical degree from Stanford. He was
also a Howard Hughes research fellow in the lab of Irv
Weissman, and later SyStemix, a biotechnology company. Dr.
Kraft completed a Harvard combined residency program at
the Massachusetts General Hospital and is now a fellow in
bone marrow and stem cell transplantation. He has conducted
research and has several publications from work at the NIH,
Naval Research Labs and at NASA where he developed
cardiovascular deconditioning countermeasures. He is a flight
surgeon and flies with an Air National Guard F-15 squadron.
As a resident Daniel founded, developed and sold a medical
Internet company, and he consults for several others.
