Evan
Anderson (2004) - Evan Anderson received his BS in Biomedical
Engineering with a concentration in Material Science and a minor in
Psychology from Johns Hopkins University in 1998. He was a 2003-04
Biodesign Innovation Fellow and FDA fellow in 2004. While at Guidant
Corporation, Evan completed ten classes at Stanford University and
received a Certificate in Product Creation and Innovative Manufacturing.
Up until July of 2008 Evan led a project within the New Therapies group
of Maquet Cardiovascular. Evan is currently R&D Manager
at a Spiracur, an early stage venture developing novel advanced damaged
tissue care systems.

Ziv
Shafir (2008-09) - Ziv Shafir is currently completing his
J.D. at Stanford Law School. While at the FDA, Ziv worked as a policy
analyst updating the dental amalgam regulations, and reviewed medical
devices for pre-market approval. Ziv has conducted research in fields
of immunology, law, and psychology, and helps teach courses on medical
innovation.
He holds a B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from UC Berkeley and a M.S. in Molecular Immunology from Stanford University.

Bo
Zheng (2009) - Bo Zheng is a Bioengineering PhD student at
UC Berkeley and UCSF. He a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering
and Bioengineering from Stanford University and is interested in medical
devices, imaging, and global health.
